The front desk staff is eating French toast at the front desk The front desk was rude - I was a little late due to traffic construction and was turned away and when I asked to speak with the office manager she wasn’t available - conveniently she doesn’t work on Fridays. I dislike going to the doctor so I typically try to avoid it and THIS is why! I’ll be transferring my records elsewhere. Bronson has gone so far away from patient care and is more concerned about how many patients they can get through the door in a day. I’d find a different office for sure! The first thing you’re greeted with is rude front desk staff it doesn’t make for a great experience. I’ll be go elsewhere! You should too!
