Brown Surgical Associates Inc

I didn't even get far enough to see a doctor.... I called a week ago to make the appointment. I go today and am told that the surgeon is out of the country. How did I get an appointment? How come no one called me to reschedule? Who is going to reimburse me for my time missed from work? I am in pain and need surgery asap but how is that possible with the surgeon out of the country? Absolutely pathetic and will never use this surgeons group.
