I had a scheduled appt. a week ago, I filled out info in advance and spoke with someone at the office previous to my appt. When i arrived and saw Bri Schreiner, and explained my terrible itching, she asked, let me see you rash, I stated I do not have a rash, just awful itching as i informed your office prior to my appt., Bri said " so what do you want me to do ? ". I said I was hoping you could help. I can't. Go see an allergist. I was made to feel very stupid that i even came there, I am not upset that I could not be helped, but very upset the manner in which I was spoken too. Very unprofessional. John
