Dr Collins was exceptional when it came to diagnosing my husband's neurological condition. He was beyond patient and so sympathetic of his pain. He actually listened and tried to solve the issue, and ultimately referred us to a surgeon to treat the condition. If not for him, my husband would still be in debilitating pain.

I do not think we would have gotten an accurate diagnosis had we not been seen by Dr. Hunter Collins. He took the time to listen and to thoroughly exam my mother. It was via Dr. Collins’ high knowledge level and skill that we finally had a name for the disorder. Testing further corroborated what he believed we were facing. I was extremely saddened that he no longer works with Cape Fear Neuro. I’ve tried locating Dr Collins but have had no luck. We would drive to wherever he is practicing! What a superb PHYSICIAN. My husband and I have been struggling with his condition and diagnosis. Dr Hunter Collins has been exceptionally kind and patient with us. He is dedicated and passionate about helping his patients maintain a quality of life. We have never felt rushed or disregarded. I wish he were part of CFV's regular staff instead of a locum, but kudos to CFV for bringing in his expertise. I don't believe we would have gotten where we are without him.
