The doctors are good and I've been bringing my kids here since newborns. She actually delivered my middle child. She's 13 now. Dr. Banks is the best. She takes good care of us. You're probably wondering I gave one star then. The reason is because of the front desk manager, Maureen. Maureen is a complete moron, hangs up on people, acts like a five year old and has no home training. So for that, she makes the office look really bad and is a liability and not an asset at all. She needs to be gone immediately. Too many complaints on her. She is meant to work in customer service at all.
