Terrible office manager, charged for office visit and pacemaker visit after speaking with insurance company I figured out that’s not how things work. She is condescending rude and a hypocrite. Her name is Zandra Michel. Not to mention DR Michel speaks with his patients in a hall way where others can here which is a violation of HIPPA along with him having dozens of patient documents in his vehicle I already reported to the state so he can get a penalty on his license. Zandra is a therapist to which I don’t recommend any one see, she doesn’t practice what she teaches and she has all her sessions in the cardiology office of her husband, I can hear everything said in sessions so if you were looking for privacy look elsewhere because she doesn’t care!
