Carenow Urgent Care

Visited here because my lymph nodes were swollen. I'd been having sinus issues but that was because I'd been visiting my husband in a very dry hospital. The doctor came in, heard I was having sinus issues and determined I had a sinus infection, without even looking in my nose. He sent me away with an antibiotic. Who knows what the actual issue was. I've had many sinus infections in my time but I've never had an issue with the lymph nodes toward the back of my neck being swollen. Beyond all of this, I paid the $75 copay while there. A month and a half later, my bank card was charged an additional $127 without any notice. I was never sent anything in the mail alerting me they were going to take the money. I'm grateful that I had the funds to cover it so I didn't incur an overdraft fee! This is poor service, I can't believe they do that to people. They are supposed to be helping not harming.
