Everyone was friendly and helpful timing was about one half hour later than scheduled. I woke up during the procedure which is not a pleasant experience and told the Anastasia doctor I was awake and was quickly put back out. Otherwise I guess all is well.

Dr. Harry Park and his staff are very professional, kind, and great listeners. They made sure I was comfortable for a procedure, and very attentive. All of my questions were answered, and they sent me home with an informational packet. I felt very well taken care of, and recommend their services to everyone.

The staff who performed the procedure were professional and the clinic atmosphere was calm. However, their prep instructions are ambiguous, incomplete, and written poorly. When I requested clarification, a staff member was unable to answer some of my questions and gave me misleading answers to others. As a result, I ate problematic foods in the week before the procedure until I reviewed detailed instructions that other clinics provide. This caused intense anxiety as I feared they would postpone the procedure due to inadequate prep or my poor preparation would compromise the results. If you schedule a procedure here, I recommend you to search for and read as many prep instructions as you can find published by other clinics. If the staff gives you unsatisfying answers to questions, demand clarification. Do this as early possible and be persistent. The diet you eat during the week before your procedure is almost as important as the liquid purge diet to ensure a successful outcome
