I had a very traumatic experience with the Ketamine treatment. Was not advised that this was a possibility. The care I received was totally unacceptable. I called the next morning to try and get someone to assist me in getting answers to why this could happen and what my next steps would be. I was promised that someone would call me back. No one did. I waited 13 hours. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this clinic and expected to be valued enough as a patient to have the courtesy to have a returned phone call. I’ve experienced this quite often with trying to make appts. It’s common for them to never return.a message when trying to schedule. But I thought I at least would get a return call on a very bad experience, where they had asked me if I wanted to have them call an ambulance. So disappointed.
