Of all staff members picking up the lines for appointments, I recommend asking for Briana, she shows concern for all patients that she comes across and gets things done, she makes notes, making sure nothing gets missed, and you are never treated as a number but as a human should be treated. I vote for her to be the next new supervisor to replace Malena some day soon. She helps patients expediting appointment, referrals, prescriptions, etc, anything she has control over. As you may have already read complaints on this office of rude personnel and staff members, Briana is the exception to the rule, she makes a great effort in treating all patients equally, and greets you on the phone as if she's known you for a long time, take the time to get to know her, she is not perfect as no one of us are, but she makes an effort, as others don't care to, as all she is missing are wings, so please show her the respect and kindness she deserves for making an effort, considering she at times has to… deal with some tough cookies, as in discontent patients with hostile personalities. If you as a patient or a loved one of a patient, team up with Briana to make your appointments and Dr. M, as your pain management provider you would have made your day successful.
