His answer was to let the clinical records speak for themselves. Yet the records did not address anything about the worsening long-term brain injury symptoms. The only thing Dr. John Malta documented was a medication increase. In addition that was the only thing addressed with an in person appointment. That could have been handled by a return email or phone appt. Also, the office deletes appointments. Changes phone appointment to in person on the next morning appointment on very short notice. Including the weather forecasted a snowstorm coming that night. Dr. Malta wasted our time and the nurses time by not even trying to review the concerns we have been communicating regularly dating back to early January.
