Dr. Komer is hands down the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. My 3 boys have seen by him for 10 years here and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Unfortunately the admin staff here are and always have been the rudest people I have dealt with. My middle son has some health problems and was having reactions to a new medicine he is on, stomach aches, vomit, headaches, etc... and I called this last time to have him seen, but the admin ended up hanging up on me due to me being somewhat irritated when she said my son couldn't be seen until Jan of 2023. I LOVE Dr. Komer, but I am done putting up with the abuse of the admin staff at this office. I have dealt with it for 10 years because of how much my kids and I truly appreciate the care of Dr. Komer. I have told Dr. Komer many times as well that the staff was very unpleasant. This staff should be ashamed of themselves to treat people the way they do and I will be finding a new pediatrician now due to this. … I will be sending Dr. Komer a letter as well. It may not do anything, but he needs to know.
