Don’t come here- THEY DONT CARE! I was reluctant to write this because I was hoping they would be decent and continue my care. At the beginning of this year, I told Clearwater that my husband had lost his job, and we've been struggling financially. I’ve been seeing Ryann for over six years, and they dropped my care over a $150 balance. Mind you I have excellent insurance. I was told that if I’m able to pay my balance I could return. Fast forward to now. - I told them recently that I could fully pay the balance, that I was dually insured now, so the bill shouldn’t ever be an issue and that stated they wouldn't see me because they were “full”. The administrator's are very rude and insensitive. They shouldn’t work in mental health if they don't like people. I’ve followed Ryann from practice to practice for the past SIX years, I really didn’t want to change doctors since she’s been handling my care for over six years but they just don’t care! If they don’t care about their long term… patients health, they’re not going to care about yours. I shouldn’t have to beg for care from my established physician. This practice started to feel more like high school club rather than an actual doctor's office that genuinely cares about their long term established patient. Update 08/18/23: They responded in under four minutes to my Google review, but when I wrote them, nothing. The response is all for show. THEY DON’T CARE!!

A $150 missed appointment fee is unconscionable and so out of touch considering the clients they serve are dealing with mental health issues and neurodivergence. Antionette, at the front desk, has NO business being in customer service in general, but especially at a mental health facility. She was extremely condescending and rude every time I talked to her.
