Worst customer service! Every time I got they try to upsell me on stuff I don’t need. The office is dirty and outdated. Most of the staff is nice but the office manager is always rude and unprofessional. They called me several times to change my appointment time and day and I made adjustments to accommodate. When I showed up for my appointment the door was locked. I knocked on the door and called. On the first call, the person hung up on me and the second time I called the office manager answered and said I was late. They opened the door and had an attitude, turning lights aggressively. The dental assistant rolled her eyes as I sat in my seat and the other staff was complaining. According to their office hours they were supposed to be open for at least another hour. I was the one accommodating them and the staff just wanted to go home and they were being rude and nasty. I will never go back there! Go somewhere else!
