The doctor that I see at CSNA is fine. The problem that I have is with their billing department. I am a disabled veteran who sees CSNA through community care. The billing department billed medicare instead of the VA. The claim that the authorization is invalid, although I called the VA directly and found the authorization was valid. The VA even faxed the information to CSNA. The billing department (Mila) refuses to look at the fax and only tells me over and over that the authorization is invalid. They even hung up on me. They just refuse to do their jobs, and obviously don't care to do the right thing.
