I am very disgusted with the lack of response I receive from your office. I have been a patient of Dr. Meyer and have a Spinal Cord Stimulation System Model 3875 implanted in my spine. I have tried calling Rep. for the company, but am not getting any responses. My back is hurting a lot because device is not working and I am not able to charge the P;a;tient Controller because I don't have an EPG or IPG or the lead. Please respond via email so I can get the device working. Thank you, Dixie L. Fingerson
