Dr. Markowitz is awesome but his support staff is horrendous. Rude, condescending, and lack accountability when they make a mistake. They tend to hang up when you question an excuse for something having gone wrong. Its also a common thing that when you need something, theres only 1 person to do that thing and they are always out at the time. Just very unpleasant.
