Comprehensive Anesthesia Care

I actually work with this group at Multispecialty Surgery Center. I was a GI patient in January. When I was billed, I used the balance of my HSA account, or $80.68, and paid the remainder using Visa. I was charged the full amount on my Visa, even though they received and CASHED the check from my HSA. I have spent countless hours calling and emailing to resolve this. Mostly I have been ignored. The one time I spoke to a person, I was told my refund check was on the desk of the Supervisor. That was 10 weeks ago. I asked the BBB for assistance and they got no response as well. I will not use this group again, though many are my friends, due to the incompetency of the billing department.
