Incompetence at its absolute finest. The first time I showed up here, there was no dental hygienist on duty FOR A FIRST CLEANING and they didn't call to tell me prior to my appointment time. So, I showed up and had to wait for a dental hygienist. I showed up again today because they texted me with an appointment date and I confirmed. The woman at the desk had no idea who I was! Then they told me it had only been five months, not six, since my last cleaning - so the appointment text was erroneously sent. Avoid this place like your time depends on it, because it does. I'll be eagerly awaiting the day when this place closes and everyone employed at the desk loses their job.
