Conviva Care Center Pine Island

I visited this office for the first time 3 days ago. I transferred from a different location and I am absolutely glad that I did. A very big difference from the Pembroke Pines location. The office is super clean and updated. Doctor Caroline Lopez-Diaz and her assistant Samantha were great. The wait when I arrived was not long at all. The front desk staff were very nice, respectful and professional. Dr. Lopez took her time during the visit, allowed me to ask her questions and took her time answering them. She is super nice and sweet while still being knowledgeable and professional. I was tired of feeling like I was going to a drive thru clinic with my previous medical care but at Conviva Care in Pine Island it is totally a breath of fresh air. Another plus is that they have their own lab in the office which is convenient because I did not have to waste time scheduling labs elsewhere. The lab techs were very professional and I was out of there in no time. Also, my appointment was on… Monday and by Wednesday the referrals for my other Doctor's were already completed. I was contacted by the referral department who followed up with me to let me know. Prior to this with the other location I had to contentiously call and harass the department to get a referral completed and no one ever followed up if I would not call. Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job. I am so glad that I made the change.
