My wife and I are so pleased with Dr Andrei Sfintescu. Caring, thorough, unhurried, with genuine concern, the way healthcare should be. The facility is clean, and direct staff interaction is courteous. 5 stars! But if you require anything remotely, a Dr callback, or a document for a unique need, or even a request for medical clearance for a scheduled procedure, good luck!

Every visit at Conviva Boca Ration is such a pleasure starting with the staff at thee Front Desk whom always have a smile and Always professional,especially A YOUG LADY NAMED DEE . Wheather I am Visiting the Lab, Podiatrist or my primary Doctor she knows why and whom I am Their to see and documents are processed to ensure that I am seen in A timely manner

My recent experience with Conviva Care Center in West Boca Raton has been very painful. It took them more than a week (and 2 phone calls from me) to review and authorize an injection request from my mother's orthopedic. Not only that, but when I inquired about a knee brace, first they said that they have it in the notes and will take care of it. After my second call, they said that they need a referral or prescription from orthopedic. When I had orthopedic fax it, they said they didn't receive it and gave me a new fax number (which is not even listed anywhere on their website). By then, the ortho office was closed and now I will need to wait for the weekend and start entire follow-up all over again on Monday.
