Just on Google, they have 48 one star reviews. Who knows how many more spread across other sites. Heed our warnings. You'll waste your time and money. I'd give them less than one star if possible. My actual psychiatrist, Maggie, was okay. The staff though? Wouldn't contact them if you need anything because it'll be literal years of ignored requests. I've been asking for my medical records and was given the run around repeatedly. Also keep in mind that I've spoken to these folks on the phone and in person requesting my documents, in addition to the emails. 4 forms of contact and these people STILL can't manage to perform their job functions. ***Update*** They immediately responded to my email after this review. Interesting how that works out. The rep who emailed, immediately started in with excuses that were easily verifiably incorrect. This place is a joke.
