Cvp Physicians Dayton

I had cataract surgery. Dr Dang then wrote my new prescription. I had 2 pair of glasses made. I cannot see!! Went back and Dr Dang indicated that she had made a mistake on my first prescription and wrote a new one. I called the shop who had made my glasses. They said they would charge $25 as a remake fee for each pair of glasses, or $50. Dr Dang told me that they would call the place, and pay them. I left. Within 2 hours her office called and said that it was against their policy to pay for my glasses to be remade. WHAT?? Your doctor made the mistake!!! They called me again and offered to credit my account with $60, but that will just go to insurance. NOT to refund me for what it will cost to redo their mistake. I will not go to this doctor again, and would recommend that if money matters to you, you do not either.
