Dental One Associates Of Manassas

I have now been waiting 8 long months to hear back from the manager at Dental One regarding my refund. She has been completely unreachable - "out of office, on leave, on bereavement, and now on permanent leave" since May 2023. This lack of response is entirely unprofessional. On top of the manager being unavailable, I have had multiple frustrating issues with this office. The doctor did not show up on time to my 8am appointment, leaving me waiting 30 minutes to even ask if she was still coming. The staff also seems unable to properly file claims or bill patients. My insurance has had to step in to assist, yet I am still owed a $400 refund due to Dental One incorrectly billing and filing. It is now January 2024 and I am still attempting to resolve claim issues that originated in 2023. As a member of this community, I have patiently given Dental One considerable time to make things right before posting a review. But 8 months without a refund or manager response is excessive. I should… not have to fight this hard for a call addressing issues or refund. If these issues are not promptly corrected, I will have no choice but to spread awareness so others do not waste time and money here. The lack of care for patients and accountability needs to end.
