Chelsea really took the time to help me with my insurance and appointments. She is always so sweet. Phyllis was so gentle and really took her time with me today.

Grace Dental is a great practice. They're very professional and thoughtful. They helped my husband and myself many times.

I absolutely love my dentist Dr Patel!!! The staff there go above and beyond!!! Chelsea has been a tremendous help to me since I have been going there these past few years with booking my appointments and getting me the best benefits out of my insurance. I'm always greeted by the receptionist Ruth with a beautiful smile every single time I go. The dental hygienist Ms Phyllis is amazing and so gentle and takes pride in her 20 plus years of being a dental hygienist and not to mention Crystal the office manager has an amazing staff and runs a tight ship. If only other dentist offices had such great staff. If I could give a 10 on this review I would and I would definitely recommend Grace Dental in Hickory

been going here for a little over 3 years now after putting off dentist visits longer than i should have. used to have really bad anxiety about the dentist but grace dental has made it a breeze. super friendly front staff, my hygienist mrs phyllis is an absolute sweetheart and a gift to this place. dr patel is also extremely friendly. i appreciate his straightforwardness without seeming rude.

I am over the moon with gratitude for having finally found a great dentist. Dr Parikh is amazing, she's exceptional really. Her experience is obvious, she is gentle and kind but knowledgeable to be able to get results like a strong man. I had a broken tooth/molar that was flat to gum level but Dr Parikh went to work on it as if she'd done this a thousand Xs and gave me total relief. Honestly, I had to refrain from hugging her when I left. Her compassion, genuine caring and professionalism is impossible to overstate. I trust her insight and advice. That's what you want in a dentist. It took me 69 yrs to find a great dentist. It was worth it. Cynthia, her assistant was unbelievably great to me as well. She shined in her expertise, professionalism and her grace. Hey! That's the perfect name for this dental office! Thank you for making my experience so pleasant and for your compassion.
