My appointment was fine and Sam was amazing, but I’m having trouble uploading a picture. My leg is not looking right where I had skin cancer removed and I can’t upload a picture on their portal which doesn’t seem right if anyone is able to let me know where to send a picture or call me for an appointment that would be great. I’ll be reaching out to the office tomorrow, but I’m really concerned patient.

April 15, 2024 - The checkout lady in Concord, Building A on the left side was extremely rude and disrespectful. I said Thank You and she turned her chair so her back was to me. So I said Thank You again, this time still with her back to me says hu-huh. Very rude! Very disrespectful! Rest of the front desk staff did nothing. Maybe the whole front desk staff is the same way. I plan to tell this story over and over for a long time until I hear from management.
