Find someone different all they care about is getting their money. I explained there was an issue with my HRA acct and that’s why teaming balance hadn’t been paid yet they said not their problem and wouldn’t see me on my scheduled virtual visit, then said they would be billing me for that one too. Reception staff I talked too is also trash.
