Diagnostic Clinic Countryside Office

The clinic has a general call center that schedules patient appointments. Wait till is often long before anyone answers. Very long waits to get an actual appointment with your doctor, often 3-4 months out, although you can see a nurse practitioners. No consistency or continuity of care. My experience is if you leave a message either with call center or software message system for your doctor, I don't receive a response. If you are relatively healthy with no serious health problems, this place works. Need a doctor who cares and looks after your health....beware. This is not the place to be.
