This is out of the norm for me to post a review for any business, but I believe this is a must due to this practice’s unprofessionalism. My family has been with this practice for over a decade and a half; within the last couple of years, it seems to have plummet. Initially, it was so hard getting ahold of the office via phone that we had to drive to the office to speak to someone. Recently, my daughter had blood work completed and the nurse practitioner (Ms. Maire Yasin) coded one of the tests incorrectly. Ms. Maire Yasin did not know the codes had changed sometime last year; therefore, this erroneous coding generated a charge. My daughter, being young and naive in this process, but responsible paid the bill she received. Again, we had to call this office 10+ times; some calls were answered with a response that Ms. Marie Yasin would call us back, it has been several months with not one return call. We even dropped off the bill showing the charge, as the office requested. Such a shame!… ?
