Wait weeks for an appointment for them to cancel the day of and move you months out. The providers have to experiment on you with trial prescriptions before giving you what you already know works for you and what they know will give you less side effects. They push ssri medication hard when you have to signs of depression. I think they get kickbacks for certain medications. Most providers are not knowledgeable. They missed a strep infection and it led to kidney bleeding. Overall very frustrating experience but typical for New Mexico healthcare. When you do have an appointment you don’t have to wait long, that’s the only good thing.

DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME. IF YOU GET AN APPOINTMENT THEY WILL CALL YOU THE DAY BEFORE AND CANCEL IT AFTER YOU HAVE WAITED FOR 3 MONTHS. AND THEN WANT TO RESCHEDULE FOR 3 MORE MONTHS OUT. I HAVE WAITED 6 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEY JUST CANCELED FOR TOMORROW. JUST DON'T WASTE THEY DO NOT WANT NEW PATIENTS. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HEALTHCARE I HAVE DEALT WITH IN 60 YEARS. UNBELIEVABLE. I HAVE 4 FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WILL NO LONGER BE PATIENTS THERE.
