If there is a zero i will rate this as zero. VERY RUDE, UNPOLITE, WHY? VERY RUDE Customer service our appointment is 10:30 am we arrived 10:00 then signed in the front desk we waited until 11:25 no one told us anything until i follow up them when will be our turn, but they just said you have to signed up for the ortho which is another one. REALLY how many times are we going to signed up 2 times if that's the case they should have informed us as soon as we arrived, they just keep Talking around there doing nothing. Beware of the woman in front VERY RUDE, especially the guy on the right side SO RUDE the woman on the left side also RUDE and at woman at the back VERY RUDE, no apologies from them and there the one who got upset when i ask them for how many hours are we going to wait? we canceled it right away and walk out and that is our third time our first and second time is the same we waited at least 30 minutes to be check up What have I DONE WRONG TO YOU? IF YOU don't like… your job you can quit and gave it to others who are willingly will do their job correctly as a CUSTOMER SERVICE, so bad maybe they didn't read the manual regarding their job description. YOU SHOULD BE ASSAHMED OF YOURSELVES ALL FOUR OF YOU IN THE FRONT DESK, SHAME ON YOU. SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU!!!! BEWARE NEW PATIENT JUST BEWARE
