Edgewood Smiles Dentistry

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tina Sampat at this practice specifically because she is an in-network provider for my insurance. When I later received the EOB from my insurance company I discovered that a different doctor had provided services who is not in-network, resulting in thousands of dollars of additional out-of-pocket expenses. The office has been completely unresponsive to my attempts to resolve the billing dispute, and because they billed my insurance for an out-of-network doctor I am unable to formally dispute the bill through my insurance provider.
