Admission were very organized and ready to help patient with admission forms. Initial assessment by the nurse was very friendly, provided information of what to expect once taken to the waiting room. Medical information I provided was that I tend to experience low blood sugar when NPO. She immediately had blood sample taken and it was normal. She explained that as soon as the Doctor saw me a staff member would then take me to the room where colonoscopy would be done. I appreciate the staff that made the environment friendly and provided information. One of the male nurses provided a blanket, which i appreciated that he noticed i was cold. A very pleasant and professional environment which made my experience very comfortable and at peace. Thank you.

Amazing customer service, you can get the endoscopy in 25 minutes and done. You do not finish dizzy, they use very light anesthesia then when they wake you up you are feeling normal.

Check in was easy, staff was courteous and friendly. The anesthesiologist was a veteran and made me very comfortable. Procedure was fast and without any complications. Dr. explained everything in detail.
