I had an extremely bad experience with ENT Specialists. They were extremely rude, uncaring, and have aggresssive billing techniques. At the end of July I received a bill for not only services that did not benefit me but also a "no show fee" on a day I showed up. The audiologist LEFT THE OFFICE when I was 20 minutes late, did not call me the next day, and their rude staff only responded with "your late, you need to reschedule" even though I had driven an hour through heavy snow and multiple wrecks on I-15 to get there. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have tried for months to contact the owners of this company only to be ignored. Do youself a favor and go to Spanish Fork to Timpanogos Hearing and Tinnitus (where they truly care, will follow up, have guarantees on their work and your satisfaction, and will take good care of you.)
