Epiphany Dermatology

I visited Dr. Nor Chiao at the Tucson office. She was as unfriendly and robotic as a windup toy. She was clearly unhappy I had a list of areas to be looked at. Every item she rushed thru and asked what was the next item on my list. Most of her information the items was misdiagnosed; I researched later at home online. I have 4 Seborrheic Keratosis spots on my back that itch. She would only cryotherapy two. My insurance covers 14. To have the other spots removed, need another office visit so they made more money. She did a "45 second" full body inspection not including my face. The real problem was I have a brown spot at 11 o'clock on my right ear. She biopsied an area at 3 o'clock on the ear which had NO VISIBLE SIGN of color change, crust, or raised tissue. She said she was going to biopsy this area because it was "in proximity" to a previous biopsy between 11 & 3 o'clock. The test result of her not requested biopsy was "benign"!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO EPIPHANY DERMATOLOGY!!! Wish you… had "ZERO" rating!

Bridget Shaw refused to treat a very common dermatological condition I had. I had to contact my previous dermatologist who treated it with no issue. Like me, they were also confused as to why she refused to treat the problem. I tried to contact the practice thinking they’d like to know about the lack of treatment, but they must not have been concerned, because I’ve never heard a word from them.
