Erie Family Health Center

I had my prescription submitted by Dr Sault and two weeks later, no prescription refilled. It required her to submit a prior authorization that she never submitted. I had my insurance call her, several staff at Erie Health to follow up and yet still no prescription refilled. I am still waiting for this medication and it has been almost 2 weeks. She is absolutely awful at her work, certainly has no sense of urgency for her patients, and I hope no one has to experience her incompetence that I have. Good luck. You'll need it.
