I’m so sick and tired of the monkeys that work in this office. They are incredibly unorganized, confused, untrained and CARELESS! Really, the only one that shows any concern and intelligence is Jennifer, but she has to rely on the competence of the staff. Even though Jennifer takes marching orders from the worthless office manager, I must give her compliments, she has helped me tremendously and seems to genuinely care about her patients. The problem is the office staff, they are atrocious to deal with. You have to S P E L L everything out to them because they have the care and attention span of a preschool child. After being repeatedly ignored and given wrong information I called to speak with the manager. Now I see where the problems start and end, you can’t expect a group of people to be any better than the management…After sharing my frustration and concerns with the manager I thanked her for returning my voice mail. She is so mature, has such an extraordinary talent in dealing… with her own employees that she decided I wasn’t going to be treated by the practice anymore. So, instead of fixing the problems with HER staff, she told Jennifer to send me a certified letter stating I’m no longer a patient there. That’s mature and admirable, instead of dealing with the problems in your office, you just fire the patient! Typical Rockefeller cabal disease care. Sadly, I was relieved to not have to deal with these monkeys anymore and I established care with another facility. You should also be aware that there is a $49 admin fee that they charge annually, because they don’t get paid enough by the insurance companies – AKA GREED. This is an unethical charge that is not covered by insurance and when you ask about it you get a laundry list of excuses making it sound like it’s for YOUR benefit – Malarky!! Flat out, it’s unethical and it’s driven by greed. I’m leaving this review in hopes that the company changes or goes out of business eventually. Though, I’m quite certain that the current disease care system that we have is going to tank at some point. We just have to be patient enough for that to come to fruition.
