Office is nice, doctor is o.k., but the billing company is a disaster. No statements sent. I have spent hours and countless calls to my insurance company and the billing company trying to resolve their errors. Claims are submitted, incorrectly. The billing staff is rude and unhelpful - intentionally making things difficult. The office staff does not want to get involved and treat you like a criminal when you check out because they come up with balances due and no statement or explanation of charges. The office staff tells you contact your insurance company. The insurance company tells you contact the billing company. The billing company does nothing to help. It's too bad for the doctor's who try to build a business. Do not wast your time. Find another dermatologist.

The office and doctors are nice, but some of the staff are not. The office manager should hire more qualified people who are oriented toward helping patients rather than being rude and unhelpful. The billing person, Hillary, could not be more unhelpful and unpleasant. Another medical assistant was clearly so lazy, arrogant and disinterested that it defeats the purpose of the visit. This place needs help with staff. Such a shame. The doctors are good. Don't waste your time. I am looking for other dermatologists that have better staff.
