The portal is user-friendly, the front desk was helpful in setting up my initial appointment, and the appointment was efficient. However, the practice does not listen to patients or track patient communications, which causes delays in care, prescriptions, and insurance approvals. Even after multiple follow-up calls and emails, the required information has not been provided to my insurer. When I tried to reach the doctor directly to follow up regarding my concerns, a staff member interceded and indicated that my claim had been denied. She obviously had not actually read through any of the notes and did not realize (or care!) that insurer and I had requested the practice provide documentation multiple time, which was why the claim was denied. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to be treated with such disrespect and indifference. If you’re looking for a healthcare provider that values their patients, I suggest you look elsewhere.
