I had surgery on March 24, 2023 with Dr. Paul Neustein. It didn't go as planned and my urethra was torn. To this day, he or his office has not told me how it happened. I was referred to him by Workers Comp. I complained 2 times over the weekend and he told me my complaints of coughing up blood and having blood in my urine was normal. Who believes that? 4 days later after continued complaints, I went to Tracy ER. I have since been to the Sutter Trscy ER twice. Once, right after having an appointment at FCCP, (1541 Florida, Modesto). Due to their refusal to order urine test, I had to speed over 3 hours in the ER to be seen. Although, they have a Quest Diagnostics in the same building as FCCP. I was diagnosed with entercoccus, a super bug, UTI. Going on 3 weeks, I still don't feel good. Dr. Neustein knew, before I got to recovery, that I got a UTI in surgery at Doctor's Medical Hospital. His office First California Patient FCCP, has treated me horribly. Refusing to let me see a doctor… on site, not giving me a urine test to see if I still have an infection, refusing to respond to my case manager's phone calls. DON'T GO HERE. My story is more complicated and more extreme, but to not give all my personal medical information, this is my fair review. I tried to get my information about Dr. Neustein, but not many reviews could be found. He travels between offices. His other office is in San Diego. I had surgery at Doctor's Medical Hospital in Modesto, CA. His office is in Modesto, CA FCCP. My incontinence is worst. No one will see me, they keep saying go back to Dr. Neustein. who would go back to the doctor that caused more damages. I have found I'm not the only patient that he tore. DON'T GO TO HIM OR YOU MAY BE NEXT. It's hard getting them on the phone. The supervising nurse is rude. Swearing up and down that my final appointment was the removal of the catheter, although, Dr. Faucconier personally told me he wanted to see me, but then changed the appointment. She said he wasn't in the office, but I saw him as we were led to the room.
