They took my insurance information and gave me a contract and payment plan, once it was paid off, they said I owed them 500+ I would never recommend them, they can not be trusted. I budget for our expenses and this was a huge shock, I don’t wish anyone else to have this happen to them. My other child had 2 rounds of braces at a orthodontist in Algonquin who retired and we were never charged more than the estimate. This place has no respect for their patients either, the assistants made nasty comments about my child’s teeth and she has a tooth disease, it is nothing she can control.
