Gailmard Eye Center

By far the worst experience ever! I visited this office in the beginning of November of 2024 as of today, April 9, 2025 my glasses are not right. I have been to this office 6 times. As of today they have not been able to correct my prescription. I had 2 eye exams completed and many office visits. I paid $600 out of pocket not including what the insurance paid for. They wont refund me my money. They changed the prescription a couple of times, and they never got it right. Then they did not include the addons that I paid for. I paid for the blue vision and the polarized which is pricey. I just got back from another eye center and had them check the prescription on the new glasses that I got from Galimard and the prescription is incorrect. How can they get this wrong so many times? I have been patient. All I want now is to get a refund. I have very expensive glasses that I cant use. What a waste of money and time. Keep in mind when I went for the 6th time she promised me that I would get… a refund if the prescription was incorrect. They refuse to refund me. Please stay away from this place!
