I have tried to reach the Doctor via phone numerous time over the last 3 months regarding the status of a brace. When calling you are either put on hold or the staff takes the but the Dr claims he never received them. The first week of August I even personally came to That day I was told by the receptionist advised the Company that my new brace was ordered from had left a message for Dr Palmer. At that time I requested a return call to let me know the status of the brace. I still have yet to receive any information a month later! Don’t waste your time - the doctor is very nice however the lack of communication is disturbing
