Good Health Psychiatric Services

First, I love working with the NP I have at Good Health (Stacy Humphreys) but as a practice, this place is unprofessional, negligent, and basically trash. First the practice scheduled me for November 10 with a new mental health provider (Janice Mordi) without asking, claiming my regular provider (Stacy) was leaving. Then they backtracked and said my regular NP was NOT leaving, but asked me to keep the appt with the new person (Janice) anyway, and go back to my regular the following month. I was uncomfortable with it (because no one wants to suddenly switch up mental health providers), but agreed so I could renew my medication. Janice didn't even log into to the telehealth appt (it's a 30-minute appointment, and 15 minutes AFTER it was supposed to start, I got a random text with a link asking me to sign in. I'd already gone on with my day bc no one had shown up halfway through my appointment time...), so when I rescheduled I asked to please meet with my regular provider. That… appointment is scheduled for November 30 - twenty days AFTER I was supposed to renew my prescriptions - so in the meantime, my prescriptions have lapsed. If you know how dangerous it is to drop an SSRI cold turkey, then you can probably imagine where I'm at. The practice would certainly know how risky it is, but they have done nothing to assist. I've contacted GH twice since the missed appointment, asking if they could renew my prescriptions while I wait for my appointment with Stacy. It is now the 20th, and I've received no response AT ALL. These people are allegedly doctors and nurses, but providing actual care is not their specialty.
