Good Samaritan Medical Center New Womens Imaging Center

I had a mammo appt that was scheduled last year on 8/08/2023 for this year 7/30/2024. Went to the front desk to check in, and the extremely rude woman told me my appt was for 7/26. I had the appt paperwork to show the date was 7/30, so I handed over paperwork, then she turns over the 2nd sheet showing doctor that ordered screening, ect., and informs me the date shows the 26th. Then informs me they are too busy (one person was in waiting room) and they are now booking in April 2025. No apologies for apparent error on their part, made me feel it's my ERROR, didn't say let me see if could squeeze me in. Obviously this person doesn't want to work anymore than they have to. In my 2+ years going there, everyone was very nice (had to go back in 6 months prior) never had issues. Will never go back there. I am going back to Signature Healthcare Woman's imaging in one month! very happy to accommodate me.
