Beware. They may be “ very sweet” but this is a giant corporation not even owned in the United States any longer with 100s of offices all over the country. My experience was classic corporate greed. Multiple machines used for excessive X-rays to increase the billing, then a refusal to clean my teeth so they could upsell me to periodontal work that I did not need. The dentist never even looked in my mouth after I refused the periodontal work. AND despite asking 3 times if all these films would be covered ( and being told emphatically that everything would be covered) and the fact that they took my insurance card as I checked in they failed to disclose they were out of network. I only discovered this when I called my dental insurance company after the visit concerned about the cost of all the extra unnecessary X-rays. This surprise billing practice is well known in the medical world for causing significant financial harm to patients. BEWARE. I was very sorry I set foot in the door.
