This provider is absolutely horrible. They never answer calls. They never return calls. They never get your prescriptions to you on time. Every time I request prescriptions the request either goes completely ignored or takes multiple follow up calls and emails just to get simple prescriptions. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. PATIENTS BEWARE! The staff is lazy. The doctor is lazy. They do not care about their patients. STAY AWAY FROM HARPETH FAMILY MEDICINE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If I could leave zero stars I would.
