"I went here for a free annual physical through my insurance company and told Dr. Chandler that. Per my insurance company he used the wrong billing code. I was being given a charge by Quest Diagnostics that I wasn't supposed to receive. I contacted his billing company who told me they would take care of it and never did. I then contacted his receptionists by stopping by. They didn't help me. I then wrote a letter to Dr. Chandler and never received a response. I stopped by my Human Resource Dept. at work. They contacted my insurance company and the insurance company did a review and found my complaint to be valid and they took away the Quest Diagnostics charge. I will never deal with him or his office again."
