I absolutely urge you to find someplace else to go to get care. The people in this center do not care about you. You send email, they don’t respond. You talk with whomever answers the phone, if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, and they say they will get a message to the doctor, but it doesn’t happen. You leave a voice mail and they say they will get back to you in 24 – 48 hours, it does not happen. The doctor (Dr. Vergara) tells you he will do something, he doesn’t do it. You make an appointment, they don’t honor it. I have had appointments canceled several times the day before my scheduled appointment. So it is okay for me to rearrange my schedule, take time off of work, lose out on that money/sick leave/vacation time to find out the day before that the doctor is going to do something else. I have even had an appointment canceled when I showed up in the office – no one called, no text message, no email sent – I show up and they say “Oh, your… appointment’s been canceled. Um, we’ll try to reschedule you for sometime in the next month or two.” They do not care about the patient. All they want you to do is to make an appointment to show up so they can collect more insurance money from another appointment (one that is not needed because all you wanted to do was ask a question). I absolutely implore you to find someplace else to go if you truly want care. Otherwise, live and learn for yourself.
