So if you have an emergency or are at the hospital and they try to reach them you nor they have any way to reach them. They try to opt you into texting which I've never known or seen any business say don't call just text us. The staff and "Dr" Gutierrez is very dismissive and totally heartless. My wife is high risk which is why we chose this place as they should specialize in it, in the total time we were supposed to be patients they moved back her first appointment multiple times, something you don't do with high risk. Gutierrez even told her as her numbers got so high they would not be doing anymore blood work, again something you don't do with high risk as constant… monitoring is very important. When she was in the hospital recently for a complication, we could not reach them due to that after hours message, I go there and they're open. After expressing my grievances Gutierrez called my wife in the ER called her a liar telling her she's not in the hospital and said she's dropping us from her "care".
